“We have been renters for 14 years both in the South Bay and in the Central Valley. Having had our share of property managers and landlords, I can give Dawania a fair assessment. We had a sudden move to our current rental property in April 2021. Dawania was kind enough to consider us immediately and got us into the property as soon as possible. The home is an older home with expected quirks and peculiarities inherent with a property of this age. Issues have cropped up, but we were all aware these things might be likely. We also had a surprise in the form of a small tornado that whipped through the property back in May. Dawania has promptly addressed each and every issue that has happened. She has worked with the landlord to quickly get service people out to address plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and roofing issues. In the past we have had to negotiate and even beg for help from past property managers and owners. This has not been the case with Dawania. The property is also large with a long fence line. We were concerned that our young children would be able to escape or an unwanted person or animal would be able to enter through the gaps in some of the fencing. Dawania made sure that the fencing was addressed first. That was a huge relief to us. The most recent issue that came up was over Labor Day weekend when we had an issue with both the electrical and air conditioning. We felt bad needing to call Dawania and ask for immediate assistance given that it was a long holiday weekend. Surely she must spend a lot of time assisting with other properties and by the nature of her job she has to be available during many hours that people would typically be relaxing. Anyway, she called us back within an hour or two and had already made arrangements for service people to come out. We are truly grateful that she understands that while this is a rental, it is our home and it absolutely matters that our home is safe and in good repair. If you’re considering using Real Property Management Masters and Dawania to assist you in managing your rental property, we highly encourage that wise decision.
